Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to/from the Welcome Party at Shadyside in Tahoe City. Parking is available directly out front of the restaurant. There is a public parking lot located just south of the restaurant in between Sequoia Ave and West Lake Boulevard. Street parking is also available. Parking can sometimes be limited so please carpool with others if possible!

Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception for all guests. Given the nature of the venue, no guest parking is available and guests must arrive via shuttles. Guests will be picked up from their accommodations or designated pickup spots on the West Shore. A detailed shuttle schedule and contact number will be shared prior to the wedding weekend.

At the end of the night, shuttles will run loops to return guests to their accommodations or designated pickup spots. If you’re not ready for the night to end, hop on the shuttle to join us at the After Party in Tahoe City!

Hop on a shuttle to head to the After Party at Pete ‘n Peters in Tahoe City. Shuttles will run late into the evening, offering safe and convenient rides back to your accommodations whenever you're ready to wrap up the night.

Please note: shuttle service will be limited to lodging along the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. If you are staying in Truckee or other areas around the lake, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation for the return trip.
